About
The OSCE Centre in Bishkek is continuing a series of training for prison staff. Between 10 and 27 May 2011 the OSCE Centre in Bishkek conducted a 3-week advanced training course for 15 prison staff members of the operational unit. The training covered a wide range of security-related topics including human rights observation in prisons. The participants learned to conduct operational and investigative activities, studied regulatory framework, improved computer literacy skills and received drill and literacy training.
This project is funded by the Permanent Mission of Finland to the OSCE.
