About
A training programme for heads and deputy heads of prison establishments in rehabilitation centers ‘Atlantis’ for drug and alcohol-addicted inmates. The ‘Atlantis’ centers are located in 9 penitentiary establishments. The aim of the seminar is to discuss the significance of the centers, to improve the legal base for better functioning of the centers, to preserve the rights and meet the requirements of inmates.
This project is funded by the Permanent Mission of Finland to the OSCE.
