About
This training programme will comprise of a series of lectures for 26 controllers working in the penitentiary service. It will focus on human rights issues, the prevention of torture, the fight against corruption and the code of conduct for prison personnel. The lecturers come from universities, the State Service for the Execution of Punishment and the OSCE.
