About
The first part will take place on 3-5 March at the Internal Troops' Training Centre in Bishkek, where an international instructor will examine topics including first response, crime scene management, interview techniques, protection of human rights and "training the trainer".
The second part, for the southern region of Kyrgyzstan, will be held on 9-10 March at the OSCE's Osh Field Office.
Both courses will be held as part of a project on border control issues and activities to combat terrorism by the Centre in Bishkek and its Osh Field Office.
