About
The establishment of the Osh training centre was co-financed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which paid for the reconstruction of the building, and the OSCE, which supported the centre's equipment.
The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of Emergency Situations, representatives of province and district subdivisions of the Ministry, international and donor organizations and local NGOs.
