About
It targets informal leaders such as members of Aksakal courts, as well as religious, women's and "Jamoat" leaders with the aim of increasing their awareness and sensitivity of ethnic diversity. The training is conducted in close co-operation with Alay district administration and Alay district committee on migration and employment.
