Some 12 Kyrgyz officers will take part in one week training-course on countering narcotics that will be held in Central Italian Counter Narcotics Directorate.
It is a basic counternarcotic training - course covering investigation, technical support, strategic analysis, operational data selection and international cooperation in countering narcotics issues.
Officers from Kyrgyz State Service on Drug Control, State Committee on National Security, State Service on Execution of Punishment, State Customs Service and the State Border Service will visit the facilities of the three branches of the Italian national police forces that are engaged into investigating illicit drug trafficking.
