About
The OSCE Centre in Bishkek will organize three-day training-course at the Issyk-Kul Lake, which will be conducted by the experts of the OSCE Centre and highly experienced local expert on management and communications. Some 10 specialists from Kyrgyz State Customs Service’s Training Centre will take part in the course. The participants will get acquainted with psychological features of dialogue, verbal and non-verbal forms of communication, and interactive methods of communication as well as getting familiar with public speaking techniques. The training is organized as a part of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek project “Capacity-building of Kyrgyz and Afghan Customs Officers” the OSCE Office is engaged in a broader programme on strengthening good governance and combating transnational threats in the economic and environmental areas.
