This two-week OSCE-supported professional training course on qualification improvement for some 26 prison officers on execution of the sentence and record management in Kyrgyz prisons will be conducted from 12 May till 23 May at the Penitentiary Administration Training Centre in Bishkek which was established with the OSCE’s support in 2010.
During the course prison officers will learn about penitentiary legislation and internal regulations of the prison system, processing documents, as well as international human rights standards, anti-corruption, torture prevention, prison security and work with the electronic data base.
