About
On 18 March 2014 the OSCE Police Matters Programme will award the winners of Community Policing Essay Writing competition in Bishkek. The competition was organized among cadets of the Police Academy and is envisioned to improve their knowledge about the principles of Community Policing as well as to promote a police-community partnership.
