About
Kyrgyz and Russian language versions of a new Community Policing textbook developed under the Police Matters Programme of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek will be delivered to the Police Academy under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Secondary Special Police School on 19 March 2014. The textbook was developed by an OSCE-supported working group supervised by an expert on international police matters. The main aim of the textbook is to harmonize and standardize existing Community Policing learning modules and therefore build the capacity of local trainers and cadets in this field.
