About
On 19 February 2014 the Training Centre of the State Penitentiary Service will host an OSCE-supported practical training course for prison officers on radio communications. The training course is taking place following the OSCE Centre in Bishkek’s donation of radio communication equipment to penitentiary facilitates across the country.
