About
Twenty-one prison duty officers will attend a three-week course at the Training Centre of Kyrgyzstan’s State Penitentiary Service in Bishkek. The participants will learn about torture prevention, practices of human rights observance and international standards of prisoner treatment. They will also participate in seminars on conflict prevention and computer literacy.
