About
This event will mark the establishment of a fully sustainable pilot early-warning group in the Ala-Buka district in the south of Kyrgyzstan. The purpose of the group, which will be supervised by border guards, is to promote inter-agency co-ordination and public outreach with respect to issues related to cross-border co-operation and co-ordination, and the delimitation and demarcation of disputed border areas with neighbouring countries in the Fergana Valley.
