About
The purpose of this conference is to provide a former to discuss the current needs and recommendations about the way governmental structures provide the public with information, their public communication strategies, and their commitment to accountability and transparency, in accordance with Kyrgyzstan's Constitution and other laws.
Some 65 representatives of four key sectors of society – governmental structures, the media community, civil society and international organizations – will gather to discuss current needs and possible solutions to problems.
A final report detailing identified issues and recommendations will be published in English and Russian on the website of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek.
