About
The participants will familiarize themselves with international/national legal norms in the area of gender-based and domestic violence; get to know the main problems related to practical implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on social and legal protection from domestic violence; discuss opportunities, limitations and obstacles to improving the work of local municipal bodies of Bishkek in developing and delivering preventive measures; and develop a joint multi-agency project to improve effectiveness and efficiency of their efforts.
