About
The seminar, part of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek's project "Support to Economic Functions of Local Self-government", is organized by implementing partner Investconsult.
Representatives of the Nookat district administration, the Osh Regional Deparment of the Ministry of Finance, the Chairman of the the Nookat district council, village council heads and representatives of local communities will participate in the training.
The Zulpueva village council (ayil okrug) will be used as an example. The participants will also be given the opportunity to share their professional experiences.
