During the visit he will also meet with Azizbek Tursunbaev, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Head of the Kyrgyz Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and other senior parliamentary and governmental representatives.
In preparation for the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's intended observation of the Kyrgyz Presidential election on 23 July 2009, Mr Soares will meet with representatives of civil society.
