The event is funded by the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) and the UNECE, as part of their joint project.
The conference will be attended by stakeholders and experts from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, who will discuss practical use of the 'pillars' of the Convention.
