About
The training will focus on effective court administration, case/document management and fair trial standards in an effort to promote and strengthen the efficiency, transparency, publicity and accessibility of local courts. The participants will also be provided with the recent instructions on court administration and case/document management in local courts.
The training is organized as part of the OSCE project "Fostering strengthened judicial capacity and legal protection of victims of human rights violations".
