The OSCE Centre in Bishkek will organize a study visit for the Kyrgyz State registration service representatives to South Korea to familiarize themselves with best practices on the following subjects:
- Introduction of new generation electronic passports;
- The system of public services, the model of functioning of Citizen Service Centers;
- Passport system and their application in the public services to citizens;
- General architecture of e-government system and inter-agency co-operation;
- Information and data security tools (legal framework, standards, technologies) and
- The legal framework of the e-Government issues.
