The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in close co-operation with the OSCE Centre in Bishkek will conduct specialized training courses on early warning and prevention of natural disasters for dispatchers of 112 systems at 17 districts and provinces of Osh, Batken, Talas, Jalal-Abad and Issyk-Kul and in the cities of Osh and Bishkek from 9-30 November.

The courses aim to increase the capacity of emergency services operation in Kyrgyzstan such as 101,102, and 103 which are integrated into the unified system-112, building skills on the workstations System-112 use, and inter-agency co-operation.

The 112 system covers 2.5 million Kyrgyz citizens.
