OSCE-supported effective communication training for officers of the Kyrgyz State border service in Osh city

The OSCE Centre in Bishkek and State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic organized two-day communication training for the leadership of the State Border Service and heads of military units to improve their professional capacity and knowledge in communications techniques in order to establish unified coordination information policy on border security. The training will be held in Osh city on 3-4 July 2015.

Some 20 officers of the State Border Service in south will be trained by the OSCE-supported communication specialist, Nataliya Lubeznova on external, internal communications, effective planning, and methods of interdepartmental, public authorities, society and media communications. Event participants will get an idea of  the work in social media, their importance and the importance of the corporate website development and update. They will be familiarized with laws governing the activities of the media and access to information.
