The OSCE Centre in Bishkek and the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry (MoI) will organize a two-day training course on Access to information for the Ministry’s press-services.
Some 35 staff members of the MoI press services will learn relevant key communication technics such as development of effective communication strategies when dealing with media representatives, NGOs and the general public.
This event is part of the OSCE Police Reform Project and Centre's activities to promote reform process of the Kyrgyz Police, which aim at enhancing the professional capacity of the MoI press-services.
