This documentary follows the activities of the OSCE Community Security Initiative (CSI) in Kyrgyzstan. The CSI, part of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek, supports the Kyrgyz police in its efforts to build trust between the police and citizens as well as to enhance the capabilities and skills of the local police in community policing.
This film highlights the important work of the Community Security Initiative in helping to rebuild relations between communities and with the police, in parts of the country where security concerns have been most acute in recent years.
