About
17 officers from human recourses departments of Kyrgyzstan’s prisons will attend an OSCE-supported professional training course to learn about the newly-approved national penitentiary legislation, code of conduct, and formal documenting procedures. Participants will also learn about observing and protecting human rights principles within the prison system, torture prevention, stress management and psychological care. A computer training session as well as physicals training sessions are also scheduled in the course’s curriculum.
